The format of this course
We’ve followed the general flow of the Quickstart Content Snare, so our course is divided into two parts:
- Business Basics where we cover how to figure out what story you should be telling about your business and
- Writing Great Content where we walk through the different sections/pages of your website and talk about what we’re trying to accomplish, how they all work together, and how to write something great.
For our Quickstart clients
If you’re working on the Content Snare and feeling confused or overwhelmed, we recommend going through this course lesson by lesson. If you’re building your very first website with Quickstart, then we definitely recommend going through the whole thing.
However, if you’re just confused about a certain content block in Content Snare, feel free to navigate directly to that portion in the course and see if we answered your question. If you’re still stuck, refer to your Quickstart onboarding to figure out how to get help.
👋 You can also always comment on any lesson and ask for clarity! I’ll stop in and answer things from time to time, and other users might also have great advice.
For anyone else
We built this course to be helpful to anyone working on their website content, not just our Quickstart clients. We’re happy you’re here!
The course works best when the lessons are completed in order, but I’ve also tried to write each lesson to work as a kind of help article. If you’re looking for answers or advice about something specific, it can work to jump around. Just remember that the lessons do build on each other, so if you’re wondering what we’re referencing, you may have to back up to make sense of it.
For everyone
