The Valerian Support Team is offline for all federal holidays and a few other times throughout the year.
The Valerian Support Team is offline for all federal holidays and a few other times throughout the year. During these times only emergency support is available. If your website is offline or not working, you can text “EMERGENCY” to (323) 645-4218 and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible.
Please make note of the dates below that we will be offline. This list will be updated monthly, but there may be times when last-minute changes are not reflected below.
Indigenous Peoples’ Day (Columbus Day) | 10/12-10/14/2024
In observance of Indigenous Peoples’ Day (Columbus Day), our team will be offline from Saturday, October 12th through Monday, October 14th. Only emergency support will be available during this time. (We define “emergency” as your site being offline or another situation of similar urgency.)
Our support team will be back and fully operational beginning Tuesday, October 15th.
Veterans Day | 11/09-11/11/2024
In observance of Veterans Day, our team will be offline from Saturday, November 9th through Monday, November 11th. Only emergency support will be available during this time. (We define “emergency” as your site being offline or another situation of similar urgency.)
Our support team will be back and fully operational beginning Tuesday, November 12th.
Thanksgiving | 11/28-12/01/2024
In observance of Thanksgiving, our team will be offline from Thursday, November 28th through Sunday, December 1st. Only emergency support will be available during this time. (We define “emergency” as your site being offline or another situation of similar urgency.)
Our support team will be back and fully operational beginning Monday, December 2nd.
Winter Break | 12/20/2024-01/05/2025
The Valerian team will be taking a break for the holidays beginning at 5 pm PST on Friday, December 20th through Sunday, January 5th.
Because we know the importance of stepping away from work and having time to recharge and gear up for the new year, we want to protect this time for our team to be able to relax and celebrate with their loved ones. As a result, only emergency support will be available during this time. (We define “emergency” as your site being offline or another situation of similar urgency.)
After a restful break, our support team will be back and fully operational beginning Monday, January 6, 2025.
Support Before + After Winter Break
If you have a support request you would like addressed before January 6th, let us know as soon as possible, as our queue quickly fills up during this time. Please email us with the details or submit a request on our website and we will let you know if we’re able to accommodate the request before winter break. Otherwise, we’ll do our best to schedule it right at the beginning of the new year.
Emergency Support During Break
If you have an emergency support request during the break, please text “EMERGENCY” to (323) 645-4218 and we will reply as soon as we are available. Please note that we can only provide emergency support during this time (meaning your site is offline or not working), and there may be periods when our team members are entirely unavailable due to travel or other events.
