Holiday Support Schedule

In observance of Memorial Day, our team will be offline from Friday, May 23rd through Monday, May 26th. Only emergency support will be available during this time. (We define “emergency” as your site being offline or another situation of similar urgency.)  

Our support team will be back and fully operational beginning Tuesday, May 27th. 

In observance of Independence Day, our team will be offline from Friday, July 4th through Sunday, July 6th. Only emergency support will be available during this time. (We define “emergency” as your site being offline or another situation of similar urgency.).   

Our support team will be back and fully operational beginning Monday, July 7th. 

In observance of Labor Day, our team will be offline from Saturday, August 30th through Monday, September 1st. Only emergency support will be available during this time. (We define “emergency” as your site being offline or another situation of similar urgency.)  

Our support team will be back and fully operational beginning Tuesday, September 2nd. 

In observance of Indigenous Peoples’ Day (Columbus Day), our team will be offline from Saturday, October 11th through Monday, October 13th. Only emergency support will be available during this time. (We define “emergency” as your site being offline or another situation of similar urgency.)  

Our support team will be back and fully operational beginning Tuesday, October 14th. 

In observance of Thanksgiving, our team will be offline from Thursday, November 27th through Sunday, November 30th. Only emergency support will be available during this time. (We define “emergency” as your site being offline or another situation of similar urgency.)  

Our support team will be back and fully operational beginning Monday, December 1st. 

Upcoming Availability

Our team will be taking a holiday break at the end of the year. We’ll be sending out an email with details soon, but if you have any urgent requests or time-sensitive items you’d like us to get to, let us know early so we can plan for them now.

As we approach the holiday season and the end of the year, I’m sending an update about our winter support availability so you can know what to expect if you need us over the holidays.

Winter Support Break

The Valerian team will be taking a break for the holidays beginning at 5 pm PST on Friday, December 19th through Sunday, January 4th. 

Because we know the importance of stepping away from work and having time to recharge and gear up for the new year, we want to protect this time for our team to be able to relax and celebrate with their loved ones. As a result, only emergency support will be available during this time. (We define “emergency” as your site being offline or another situation of similar urgency.) 

After a restful break, our support team will be back and fully operational beginning Monday, January 5, 2026. 

Support Before + After Winter Break

If you have a support request you would like addressed before January 5th, let us know as soon as possible, as our queue quickly fills up during this time. Please email us with the details or submit a request on our website and we will let you know if we’re able to accommodate the request before winter break. Otherwise, we’ll do our best to schedule it right at the beginning of the new year.
