With Thanksgiving right around the corner, we’ll be adjusting our availability for that holiday as well. If you have any urgent requests or time-sensitive items you’d like us to get to, let us know early so we can plan for them around the holiday breaks.

Holiday Support Hours: Christmas Day (Winter Support)
Happy Holidays from the Valerian team!
As we approach the holiday season and the end of the year, I’m sending an update about our winter support availability so you can know what to expect if you need us over the holidays.
Winter Support Break
The Valerian team will be taking a break for the holidays beginning at 5 pm PST on Friday, December 19th through Sunday, January 4th.
Because we know the importance of stepping away from work and having time to recharge and gear up for the new year, we want to protect this time for our team to be able to relax and celebrate with their loved ones. As a result, only emergency support will be available during this time. (We define “emergency” as your site being offline or another situation of similar urgency.)
After a restful break, our support team will be back and fully operational beginning Monday, January 5, 2026.
Support Before + After Winter Break
If you have a support request you would like addressed before January 5th, let us know as soon as possible, as our queue quickly fills up during this time. Please email us with the details or submit a request on our website and we will let you know if we’re able to accommodate the request before winter break. Otherwise, we’ll do our best to schedule it right at the beginning of the new year.
