You sign up for one of our ongoing support plans. This guarantees our team’s availability with you each week. You can use this time however you’d like, with as many clients as you like (or for your own business).

We’ll give you access to a dashboard where you can easily request help. Choose priority level, deadlines, and give us all the details we need. Small tasks are typically returned within 48 business hours.

For larger projects or consultations, we’re happy to join a call or email thread as part of your team.

Once we reach 80% of the time used for the week, we’ll let you know so that you can plan accordingly.

Maximum three (3) business day response time
Internal task dashboard and management
Unused time can roll over to the next week, but will not be carried past one week. All time must be used within the month.

Additional hours can be purchased in buckets of 5 hours and expire within 30 days.

6 hours of support each week
Maximum two (2) business day response time
Internal task dashboard and management
Unused time can roll over to the next week, but will not be carried past one week. All time must be used within the month.
Time report on tasks provided twice per month
Additional hours can be purchased in buckets of 5 hours and expire within 30 days.

Agency

12 hours of support each week
Maximum one (1) business day response time
Internal task dashboard and management
Unused time can roll over to the next week, but will not be carried past one week. All time must be used within the month.
